It’s a gift you can buy for yourself or for others! This book is great and will help you focus on the good things in your world. This practice has become part of my bedtime routine. It gives me a chance to reflect upon my day, ending that on a positive note. I like the freedom of being able to jot down a few words or a couple of sentences each day. I also appreciate the prompts to focus on certain practices during my week. I received this as a gift, and then also bought a few for friends! Whether you are new to gratitude practice or a seasoned veteran, this book is an awesome tool. Consider snagging one for your friend who is struggling, and perhaps one for the friend who doesn’t seem to be struggling. Who couldn’t use more gratitude in their life?
I LOVE this journal. I'm on week 28 and this may be the longest running streak of daily writing/gratitude I've ever practiced and this journal set me up for success. Love the daily spaces for gratitude with the weekly week in review and little prompts and quotes at the end of the week. This has helped me shift my focus when I need it and recognize all there is to be grateful for big and small. And the funny thing is, usually it's the small things I'm grateful for. The every day moments and this journal has helped me isolate those and be more present to the things that bring me connection and joy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10.
